penny gklinos-pett

Director of Operations & Community Engagement

With a lifelong passion for soccer and a dedication to youth development, Penny Gklinos brings a unique blend of leadership, experience, and heart to Ontario Fütbol Academy. Penny’s journey in the game started on the sidelines—watching and learning from her older brothers who played competitive soccer across Ontario. That early exposure fostered a deep love for the sport, leading her to compete in house league, as well as competitive soccer throughout her youth and earn recognition through multiple sports awards.

Now, as a mother, Penny’s passion has been reignited through her children, who are actively involved in local soccer programs. Her experience as a player, parent, and mentor gives her a 360-degree perspective on the soccer ecosystem. She understands what athletes need to grow—and what families need to feel supported.

In addition to her soccer roots, Penny brings an impressive professional background as a Supplier Contracts Specialist at CMEPP, where she is known for building strong partnerships and streamlining operations. She applies those same skills at Ontario Fütbol Academy—creating structure, nurturing community connections, and ensuring programs are run with transparency, inclusivity, and excellence.

Penny’s mission is clear:

To create an academy environment where every child, regardless of background, feels seen, supported, and inspired to play.
